What do we charge for our service?
Unlike other buying services, our scout only charges 1.5% or $500 + GST, which ever greater. This is a cost to cover our operations. We aren't for big profits, ultimatley savings you money.
What makes/models do you have access to?
We have access to almost all makes and models. We don't deal with high-end European cars (ie: Rolls Royce, Bentley etc). But, tell us what you're looking for and we'll do the rest.
How do I get my car?
Depending on the situation and where we have sourced the vehicle from, we can either deliver it to your door, or you can pick it up.
What about the warranty if I buy though Fleet Agency?
Buying your new vehicle through autscout doesn't impact your new car warranty in anyway. You will still be entitled to the manufacturer's warranty coverage.
Can you help me with window tinting or extras?
Yes, we certainly can! We have access to market leading products you can have fitted to your new car post purchase, but prior to taking delivery. Just let your agent know.
